As an EB-5 Investor himself (originally from the United Kingdom) Anthony brings a unique perspective to the EB-5 Investment Visa process. Anthony Korda was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1988 and practiced in the English courts as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of England & Wales for many years. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Bar European Group and the Criminal Bar Association.
He is licensed as an Attorney in the State of California, is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association and Collier County Bar Association. Anthony now handles all aspects of immigration law for the Florida Restaurant Franchise Group.
Anthony is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, the 9th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals, the US District Court for the Middle District of California, and the Northern District of Florida. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
Anthony focuses his practice on EB-5 related matters, and has successfully filed hundreds of Investor Petitions (I-526) hundreds of Applications to Remove Conditions of Residence (I-829). He has applied for Regional Center designation for dozens of clients and has also successfully represented a number of Regional Centers and EB-5 projects as Preferred Counsel. Anthony has structured projects, assisted regional centers and developers and acts as General Partner for a number of successful EB-5 Projects.
Anthony also represents immigrants in a wide range of visa categories, including B-1/2, E-1/2, L-1, Family and Business based permanent residence (“Green Cards’).
